During the last day of Chinese New year (Chap Goh Meh) back
to March 2015, we paid a visit to Thean Hou Temple. There is always variety of
celebration or activity being carried out at the temple throughout the whole
Chinese new year.
15th day of Chinese New Year, a full moon day :)
The sea of red lanterns around the temple amazed us! There
are also a lot of handmade lanterns using recycled materials displayed there,
running in a handmade lantern competition!

On the last day of Chinese new year, there is even magical
face-changing show! This amazing performance definitely wowed the crowd that
night!
Amazing face-changing show!
We had a great night on Chap Goh Meh at Thean Hou Temple. The temple is quite happening especially during Chinese new year and also during some special date where couples choose to have their Registration of Marriage there.
By the way, we spotted this from one of the house at residential area closed to Thean Hou Temple! Haha, really looked same with the original one at Penang! The owner even put a spotlight on top of this painting to emphasize it! Try your luck and look for it in KL :)
