Singapore - Chinatown, Vivocity, Sentosa Island
Chinatown, always in
the bucket list when visiting a new country, maybe because here is always to
best place to hunt for souvenir?? Haha, anyway, Singapore’s Chinatown is really
a good place to hunt for souvenir and food!
How to get there: Via
MRT, Chinatown Station (Inter-station of North East Line and Downtown Line).
We reached there
around 10am, it was a sunny day!
Buildings here are
similar with old buildings in Malacca. Love the blue wall with yellow flowers the
most!
Old-school ice cream
in a hot day!
We had our lunch at
Chinatown Food Street! Too bad that we are there in the afternoon, the
scorching sun made us didn’t feel like trying on roasted seafood which really
looked tempting!
Curry rice in the end!
Of course, nothing
beat ABC in the afternoon! Ended our Chinatown visit with shaved ice :)
After that, we dropped
by Vivocity since we planned to go to Sentosa through Sentosa Boardwalk.
How to get there: Get
down from HarbourFront MRT station, enter Vivocity and go to Level 1, look for
signboard guiding you to entrance of Sentosa Boardwalk.

View from the boardwalk.
Spent a leisure
evening loitering around Sentosa Island, since we are not here for Universal Studio
and Casino LOL. Just a coffee break :)
Tourist's signature photo spot!
Candylicious!
All are Instagram-worthy photo spot!
We took train to Siloso Beach, nothing special there, didn't really impressed with the man-made beach, ops, sorry :P
But we managed to have a glimpse on Marilyn Monroe from the train!
At night, we had our
dinner at Dian Xiao Er, Vivocity. Strongly recommended this restaurant since
the food is really nice, with reasonable price.
Must try the signature dish, herbal roast duck and also the wheat grass taufu, it is so special!
Night, Singapore :)
