Morning Ipoh! Let’s have a famous Ipoh white coffee and roasted bread as breakfast, a must-eat-breakfast at Ipoh lol. The best combination ever ! Oh, who said can’t have dessert in the morning? They called this custard caramel, felt like taufu fa made from egg and served together with caramel, not bad. After breakfast, let’s jalan-jalan around Ipoh. Ipoh is a city surrounded by limestones caves and there are several famous temple built inside or along the caves. Our first destination is Perak Cave (Perak Tong Temple). This is a small town previously known as Port Weld, located 18km away from Taiping. It is a small historical town famous with seafood, mangrove forest, charcoal and etc. Things to do at Kuala Sepetang? 1. Matang Mangrove Forest Eco Education Centre This is a place where you can sit along the river, enjoying the breeze when being surrounded by mangrove forest. T&K Seafood Restaurant   T&K Seafood Restaurant topped the best of list. Known for having the finest Thai seafood in Bangkok, the restaurant is located in the busy Yaowarat junction area at Chinatown. It can be easily identified with the employee standing outside the restaurant wearing in green. We have had the very first tomyam soup in Bangkok and it was the best ever since, the fried oyster egg, grilled prawns, crab meat fried rice, fish cake, stir fried morning glory and kalian were perfect additions on the table. Last December, my family and I have had a year-end gathering with the uncles and cousins. We had a great time in Bangkok. What’s better than kicking start a new year of 2014 with a jog on the Sunday morning. This year, the MPIB run has returned as usual for the third consecutive year. As the very first running event of the year in Malaysia, it sure means a lot of excitement and anticipation to the local runners and the organizers, as well. Running tee of MPIB 2014 The Race Kit  5 th January 2014, it was 7 in the morning. The race for 12km Men category A, B and C finally starts. Whilst the 12km Women category D, E and F started 10 minutes later at 0710. We were greeted by a small slope of road right when the race started.
