Fraser Hill - Ye Olde Smokehouse (Food)

Haha, so now let’s talk about food at Ye Olde Smokehouse.

A trip to Fraser Hill is not complete without a visit to Ye Olde Smokehouse. When you are there, of course you must grab the chance to pamper yourself with a big English breakfast and also afternoon tea lol..

For breakfast:
We are given a choice of coffee or tea and also fruit juice. We chose coffee and pineapple juice :P While waiting for our big breakfast set to be ready, baked toast is served together with strawberry jam and butter. I like the strawberry jam very much :)

Yoohoo !!! The breakfast is ready !!! My typical breakfast set consists of omelette, red bean, bacon, sausage, baked tomato and fried mushroom J I like the fried mushroom the most, it’s juicy :)

The breakfast set is generally the same, but you can have your choice of egg like scrumble egg, fried egg and etc..

Oh yes...here is the dining place for breakfast..how romantic it is :P

For lunch:
Haha, the breakfast make us so full that we don’t think like having lunch :P So we have “The Smokehouse Salad” as snack :P This salad is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy lol..

For afternoon tea:
Omg !!! This is the one I most awaiting for :P Don’t tell people you are here if you didn’t try the most popular afternoon tea here !!! :P

We had “cream tea for 2” that comes with 2 scones, apple tart, butter cake, orange cake and also a chocolate brownie. Having a freshly baked scone at the outdoor dining place made me felt like don’t want to go back KL. Awesome mountain view, delicious scone, chilly breeze, squirrels jumping here and there, what’s more can you ask for?

For dinner:

Ye Olde Smokehouse served a variety of steak, chop and etc as dinner. Haha, but we chose to have our dinner at Malay hawker stall nearby. Don’t be surprised if you found the most delicious Nasi Pataya at Fraser Hill lol…satay in a cold night is not a bad idea too :P

For residence of Ye Olde Smokehouse, breakfast is included in the room rate.
